Founder

Don Ginsel, the driving force behind Leodex, brings decades of experience in fintech, AI, and digital transformation.

Our mission: connecting digital vision to real impact—for people, businesses, and society.

Career

Don Ginsel holds degrees in Civil Engineering from Delft University of Technology and Business Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam, with senior roles at ABN AMRO and Deutsche Bank before entering venture capital. In 2014, he launched Holland FinTech to drive innovation and inclusion in one of Europe’s fastest-evolving industries. Today, Don and the Leodex team mentor, advise, and partner with ambitious organizations that want to unlock sustainable advantages through digital transformation, responsible AI, and future-ready fintech solutions.​
